The status of my payment is "Waiting". What does that mean?

"Waiting" status means that the platform has not yet received accurate information about the status of the payment from the payment intermediary. "Waiting" status is no cause for concern! This often happens when a payment is withheld for a brief additional verification. Usually the check is completed quickly and successfully, but the payment is made within one day.

If "Waiting" status lasts for more than 24 hours and the funds have still not appeared in the withdrawal method that you have linked, please create a request with our support service. We'll be sure to figure out what could have happened and fix everything.
